Signet Hawk produced another top class sprinting performance to land the £4,000 to winner, BGBF British Bred Sprint at Harlow for young trainer Luke Morrison.

The brilliant brindle son of Ballymac Vic and Dorotas Irena broke level and showed great early dash to power his way into the lead as they approached the opening turns, just in front of the fast starting Rogue Gangster. Holding a great rails pitch he forged round the turn, with bunching outside behind him, he was left clear to power home to a very fast 14.66 victory by three and three quarter lengths from Queen Izzy and Burnfoot Adageo back in third.

It’s a brilliant achievement for the young Central Park based trainer who has nursed him back from a nasty metatarsal injury suffered at the end of last year.
