Another new competition for British Breds will be run at Nottingham with the final on Monday 23 November, the same night as the BGBF British Breeders’ Stakes, which, together with two more races for British Breds, means a fantastic night in store for supporters of British Bred greyhounds!

The £1,500 plus trophy to the winner new BGBF Midlands Sprint will be a Cat 3, two round competition, for 18 dogs plus reserves, run over 305m.

The main event on 23 November at Nottingham will be the Final of the BGBF British Breeders’ Stakes, a Category 1 competition over 500m, with £6,500 plus Trophy to the winner (£1000 to runner-up, £300 to 3rd – 6th; plus prizes to the Breeders of each Finalist)

In addition there will be two supporting races, the BGBF British Bred Standard Trophy over 500m, and the BGBF Stayers Trophy over 680m.  There will also be open races over 480m, 500m (puppy), 730m and 305m which will be open to both British and Irish greyhounds to complete the card.
